Mahadev Ferro Cast’s infrastructure includes advanced facilities such as induction furnaces, green sand plants, and cutting-edge machining capabilities. These systems ensure that every casting is produced with the utmost care, precision, and quality.
Boasting a robust and advanced production facility capable of handling large-scale casting projects. Our fundamental infrastructure includes:

- Fast Loop No-Bake Moulding Line
- Green Sand Plant
- Knock-Out and Shot Blasting Systems
- In-House Machine Shop featuring HMCs, VMCs, CNC VTLs, and CNC Milling Machines
This comprehensive infrastructure allows us to maintain high levels of quality control and produce castings with efficacy and precision, including single-part pieces up to 3000 kg.
