The No-Bake moulding process accounts for 85% of our total capacity, allowing us to cast frames, end-shields, gearboxes, and pumps with unmatched precision. This technique provides excellent dimensional stability and enhances the surface finish, outperforming traditional sand casting processes.
Innovative Technology for Superior Casting Efficiency
Our Omega Sinto moulding line from the U.K. is a unique, state-of-the-art facility at our foundry features a fast-loop moving system designed for maximum efficiency. Equipped with an Automated Track for Pattern Change, Mould Transfer Car, Automated Flow Coater, Gas Fired Oven, and Track for Pouring, this line ensures seamless operations. The addition of a Transfer Car for the Pouring Loop and Reclamation Plant further enhances productivity. This advanced plant produces castings for frame sizes 160 to 315, end-shields, gearboxes, and valve bodies with unmatched precision and speed.

In our Hand-Moulding department, we specialize in producing single-piece castings ranging from 30 kg to 3000 kg. Our expertise covers a wide range of applications, including electric motors, end shields, valve components, gearboxes, foundation plates, and machine tool castings, ensuring exceptional quality and precision in every piece we create.
Optimized Solutions for Diverse Applications
The Green Sand process accounts for 15% of our total capacity, specializing in the casting of end shields, alternator parts, valve castings, bearing housings, and covers. Ideal for lighter castings, this process is one of the most cost-effective metal-forming methods for various applications. We leverage the Green Sand process based on product specifications and client requirements.
Our specially designed ARPA 450 Moulding Line ensures exceptional quality and efficiency for every mould produced.

For surface cleaning, we use Hanger-type and Tumblast-type shot blasting machines, ensuring thorough and efficient cleaning. Our advanced grinding machines and cutting-edge grinding technology guarantee that every casting is finished to the highest standards. With meticulous attention to detail, these processes are executed with minimal margin for error, delivering impeccable results.
